Hannah Montana CDR completed the concrete foundation for a new residential home in Livingston, Texas. This house slab project included the preparation and construction of a reinforced concrete foundation designed around the layout of the new home. Project photography documents the foundation before and after concrete placement, providing a look at both the preparation beneath the slab and the completed concrete foundation. From the detailed formwork and reinforcing steel to the final concrete placement, this project showcases another residential foundation completed by Hannah Montana CDR in our home community of Livingston.
A residential foundation requires careful execution before the concrete is ever placed. The foundation layout includes multiple formed areas, plumbing penetrations, reinforcing steel and changes within the slab configuration that must all be accounted for before placement begins. Once the foundation is ready, concrete placement must be coordinated across the entire footprint to create the completed slab that will support the home's construction.
The project progressed from a fully prepared and reinforced foundation layout to completed concrete placement. Visible work associated with the concrete foundation includes: - Residential house slab construction - Foundation formwork - Reinforcing steel incorporated throughout the slab - Preparation for concrete placement - Concrete placement - Concrete finishing Project photos document both the preparation beneath the concrete and the completed slab, providing a strong visual record of the foundation construction process.
