Hannah Montana CDR completed the concrete foundation for a new residential home at a waterfront property. The project involved construction of a substantial residential slab with formed foundation sections, reinforcing steel and concrete placement across the full home footprint. The supplied project photography captures the work from active placement through the completed concrete slab, providing a strong look at both the preparation and execution required for a residential foundation. This project adds another verified home-slab installation to Hannah Montana CDR's residential concrete portfolio.
Residential foundations require careful coordination before and during the concrete pour. This project included a large reinforced foundation footprint with multiple formed sections, penetrations and elevation changes visible throughout the slab layout. The waterfront location and existing neighboring properties also created a developed-site environment where the concrete placement had to be coordinated within the available construction area.
The crew completed concrete placement across the residential foundation using a concrete pump to reach the slab area. The photographs document: - Reinforcing steel throughout the foundation - Formed perimeter and foundation sections - Crew actively placing concrete - Pump-assisted concrete delivery - Screeding and leveling - Surface finishing - Completed residential slab This project provides strong visual proof of Hannah Montana CDR performing the foundation installation from preparation through final concrete placement.
