Land Clearing & Grading

Hannah Montana CDR performed residential land clearing and site preparation on large acreage in Livingston, Texas, for a new home site.

The project involved clearing heavy brush and correcting low spots to improve site drainage.

Our team conducted land clearing, stump removal, excavation, grading, and cut and fill operations. We performed backfilling, soil compaction, and drainage improvements, including ditch work and storm drainage installation. We provided building pads and house pads along with dirt hauling of fill dirt and select fill, finishing with site cleanup and erosion control.
