Hannah Montana CDR provided the concrete installation for a new pickleball court project at Camp Choyeh in Livingston, Texas. The project called for a large, professionally finished concrete surface that will serve as the foundation for the camp's new recreational court area. Our crew handled the concrete placement and finishing, working across the expansive slab to create a consistent surface throughout the court area. The project also included an additional smaller concrete pad as part of the site improvements. This project adds another commercial concrete installation to Hannah Montana CDR's growing portfolio in Livingston and Polk County.
Large recreational concrete surfaces require careful coordination during placement and finishing. With a broad slab area being poured at once, the crew must work efficiently across the surface while the concrete is workable to achieve a consistent finished product. For Camp Choyeh's new pickleball court, the focus was on coordinating the placement and finishing operation across the large court footprint while maintaining attention to the slab edges and overall surface.
The Hannah Montana CDR crew completed concrete placement and finishing across the new pickleball court slab. During the pour, the team worked the concrete using both mechanical and hand-finishing methods, including power-trowel operations across the main surface and detailed hand finishing along the perimeter. The project also included placement and finishing of a separate smaller concrete pad.
